Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days. If you purchase a prepaid subscription, you pay for the full 3, 6, or 12 month subscription in advance, and it will renew at the end of your subscription term.
How often will I receive a box?
Bubbles & Books is a monthly subscription Box service. You will receive 1 box per month.
When are boxes shipped?
Boxes are shipped between the 18th and 21st of the month. If you subscribed via Amazon, your boxes ship between the 22nd and 24th of the month.
What's in the box?
One curated romance or mystery novel + 3-5 luxury, handcrafted bath goodies including artisan soap to nourish and soften your skin, bath bombs to add essential oils, scents, bubbles, and color to your bathwater, bath salts, face masks, salt scrubs and more. All boxes receive access to 15+ romance eBooks per month. Bubbles and Books is Reading & Relaxation, delivered monthly :)
Premium subscribers get 2 paperback books and 5-7 bath goodies.
Digital Bubbles subscribers receive access to 15+ romance eBooks and 3-5 bath and body items. There are no paperback books included in Digital Bubbles.
How do I access my eBooks?
Your box includes a flyer, bookmark, or card each month with a link to a subscriber-only webpage. Visit that link to gain access to your eBooks!
How much is shipping?
Shipping is shown during the checkout process so you know how much it is based on your location. We aim to break even on our shipping costs (although we usually spend more than we bring in for shipping). We charge $5 shipping for Standard and Digital Bubbles boxes, and $8 shipping for Premium Boxes. (But we pay an average of $11 per box for Standard, $10 per box for Digital, and $14 per box for Premium!)
Shipping to Canada is $19.99 (it usually costs us $25+). Shipping to the rest of the world ranges from $18 to $35 per month, based on our actual costs.
Do you only ship to the U.S.?
No! Reading & Relaxation should be delivered all over the world! We ship internationally as well (see the above question for rates).
How do I cancel my subscription?
We're sad to see you go, but if you'd like to cancel, simply login to your account, click on the "Edit" button for the subscription you would like to cancel, then click "Cancel." Simple :). We hope to see you again soon!
When will I get my box?
Boxes are shipped between the 18th and 21st of the month. It generally takes 3-5 days after the boxes ship out for US subscribers to start receiving them, but we have no control over the postal service. *note, shipping times have been longer since Covid.
If you live outside of the United States, please be patient as it will take a little longer. For example, Canadian subscribers typically receive their boxes 15-20 days after they are shipped.
Is there a book club or community for subscribers?

Can I change my subscription to a different genre?
Of course! Send an email to soak@bubblesandbooks.com and we can update your subscription to a different genre.
